CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require at least 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to offer that appointment time to other guests. I can no longer absorb the costs associated with no show guests or last-minute cancellations.

Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance by email or text. Therefore, please be advised of the following policy:

​

  • Less than 48-hour notice will result in your $50 booking fee becoming non-Fundable.

  • Late Arrival. Guests who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

This cancellation policy allows me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.  To ensure I have your correct Email address and current contact information, please contact me.
